Robert P. Cogan
Robert has 35+ years of corporate and private practice experience. Prior to its acquisition, Robert served as chief counsel for Intellectual Property and tech related business matters for a Fortune 200 company with diversified high-tech businesses on all seven continents. He has been intellectual property counsel for Lockheed Martin Systems Integration and Lockheed Martin Canada.
Robert received his law degree with honors from the George Washington University National Law Center. He is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts and Ohio as well as federal courts and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Beverly Weiss Cogan holds an ABA-approved paralegal diploma and a graduate degree in education and counseling. Prior to becoming our administrator, she managed a law firm in Boston handling high dollar value transactions.
